Important: KIWI Serenity Limited acts solely as an independent coordination service provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All health-related services are independently offered by fully licensed partner institutions in China.
1. Acceptance of Terms
通过访问或使用KIWI Serenity Limited（"公司"）提供的服务，您同意受本服务条款约束。如果您不同意，请勿使用我们的服务。
By accessing or using the services provided by KIWI Serenity Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Description
KIWI Serenity Limited 专注于跨境协调服务，包括旅行安排、与持牌合作机构的预约协调、语言支持以及可选的健康相关体验协调服务组合。
KIWI Serenity Limited specializes in cross-border coordination services including travel arrangements, appointment coordination with licensed partner institutions, language support, and optional wellness-related coordination service bundles.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Coordination Request Process
所有协调申请需经公司书面确认。可能需要不可退还的押金以确保您的协调服务组合。
All coordination requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by the Company. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your coordination service bundle.
3.2 Payment Terms
除非另有书面约定，服务开始前需全额付款。我们接受多种支付方式。
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods.
3.3 Price Changes
价格在协调申请确认前可能变更。确认后价格保证，政府税费变更除外。
Prices are subject to change until a coordination request is confirmed. Once confirmed, the price is guaranteed except for changes in government taxes or fees.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
取消政策因具体服务而异。通常：
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service booked. Generally:
- 出发前30天以上取消：退款75%
- 出发前15-30天取消：退款50%
- 出发前少于15天取消：不退款
- Cancellations more than 30 days before departure: 75% refund
- Cancellations 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: No refund
注意：由于服务的定制性质，某些费用可能不可退还。请参阅您的具体协调服务协议。
Note: Due to the customized nature of our services, certain fees may be non-refundable. Refer to your specific coordination service agreement.
5. Travel Requirements
您有责任确保您拥有：有效护照、必要签证、适当的旅行保险以及任何所需的疫苗接种。
You are responsible for ensuring you have: a valid passport, any required visas, appropriate travel insurance, and any required vaccinations or health clearances.
6. Partner Institutions and Health Services
6.1 Coordination with Partner Institutions
KIWI Serenity Limited 仅协助您与独立的第三方合作机构进行非医疗沟通和日程协调。我们不提供医疗建议、诊断或治疗。所有医疗决策均在您和合作机构之间进行。
KIWI Serenity Limited coordinates non-medical communication and scheduling with independent third-party partner institutions at your request. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are between you and the partner institution.
6.2 Health Declarations
您必须披露任何可能影响您旅行或参与活动能力的既有健康状况。未披露可能导致服务取消且不退款。
You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to travel or participate in activities. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
6.3 Medical Travel Risks
您承认医疗旅行涉及固有风险，包括但不限于：由独立合作机构提供的医疗程序相关风险、旅行相关健康风险、潜在并发症等。KIWI Serenity Limited 不评估或承担任何医疗风险责任。
You acknowledge that medical travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with medical procedures provided by independent partner institutions, travel-related health risks, and potential complications. KIWI Serenity Limited does not assess or assume responsibility for such medical risks.
7. Limitation of Liability
在新西兰法律允许的最大范围内，KIWI Serenity Limited 不对任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任。我们对任何索赔的总责任限于为该服务支付的金额。我们不承担第三方合作机构的行为或疏忽责任，也不对不可抗力事件负责。
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, KIWI Serenity Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party partner institutions or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
KIWI Serenity Limited 提供的所有内容、商标和材料均为我们的知识产权，未经书面同意不得使用。
All content, trademarks, and materials provided by KIWI Serenity Limited are our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
我们的隐私政策管辖个人信息的收集和使用，并通过引用纳入本条款。
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
本条款受新西兰法律管辖。任何争议应提交新西兰法院专属管辖。
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
11. Amendments
我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。当前版本将始终在我们的网站上提供。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
