1. 接受条款 | Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by KIWI Serenity Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

- Travel arrangements that may include wellness-related elements
- Coordination and language support

3. 预订和付款 | Booking and Payment
3.1 预订流程 | Booking Process
所有预订视供应情况而定，必须由公司书面确认。可能需要不可退还的押金来确保您的预订。
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by the Company. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
3.2 付款条款 | Payment Terms
除非另有书面约定，否则必须在服务开始前全额付款。我们接受预订过程中指定的各种付款方式。
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.
3.3 价格变更 | Price Changes
价格在预订确认前可能更改，恕不另行通知。一旦确认，除政府税费变更外，价格将得到保证。
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the price is guaranteed except for changes in government taxes or fees.
4. 取消和退款 | Cancellation and Refunds
取消政策因预订的具体服务而异。通常：
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service booked. Generally:
- 出发前30天以上取消：退款75%
- 出发前15-30天取消：退款50%
- 出发前少于15天取消：不退款
某些服务可能有不同的取消条款，将在您的预订确认中指定。
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Some services may have different cancellation terms which will be specified in your booking confirmation.
注意：由于我们服务的定制性质，某些费用可能不可退还。请参阅您的具体服务协议了解详细的取消条款。
Note: Due to the customized nature of our services, certain fees may be non-refundable. Please refer to your specific service agreement for detailed cancellation terms.
5. 旅行要求 | Travel Requirements
您有责任确保您拥有：
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- 有效期充足的护照
- 前往新西兰或中国所需的任何签证
- 涵盖医疗费用和行程取消的适当旅行保险
- 任何所需的疫苗接种或健康证明
- A valid passport with sufficient validity
- Any required visas for travel to New Zealand or China
- Appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses and trip cancellation
- Any required vaccinations or health clearances
6. 健康和医疗服务 | Health and Medical Services
6.1 诊所访问和预约协调（非医疗） | Clinic Access & Appointment Coordination (Non-medical)
KIWI Serenity Limited 仅在您明确请求下，协助进行非医疗性质的沟通与行程层面的协调 (协调旅行、日程安排和沟通)，以帮助您访问独立的第三方服务。我们不提供医疗建议、诊断或治疗。所有医疗决策都在您和医疗保健提供者之间进行。
KIWI Serenity Limited coordinates travel logistics
and facilitates non-medical communication, at your request, with independent third-party service providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are between you and the healthcare provider.
6.2 健康声明 | Health Declarations
您必须披露任何可能影响您旅行或参与活动能力的既有健康状况。未能这样做可能导致服务取消且不退款。
You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to travel or participate in activities. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services without refund.
6.3 医疗旅游风险 | Medical Tourism Risks
您承认医疗旅游涉及固有风险，包括但不限于：
You acknowledge that medical tourism involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- 由独立第三方医疗机构所提供的医疗程序相关风险
- 与旅行相关的健康风险
- 可能需要延长停留的潜在并发症
- 国家之间医疗标准和实践的差异
- KIWI Serenity Limited 不评估、不管理、亦不承担上述任何医疗风险责任。
- Risks associated with medical procedures provided by independent third-party providers
- Travel-related health risks
- Potential complications requiring extended stay
- Differences in medical standards and practices between countries
- KIWI Serenity Limited does not assess, manage,
or assume responsibility for such medical risks.
7. 责任限制 | Liability Limitations
在新西兰法律允许的最大范围内：
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
- KIWI Serenity Limited不对任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任
- 我们对任何与我们的服务相关的索赔的总责任仅限于为该服务支付的金额
- 我们对第三方服务提供商的行为或疏忽不承担责任
- 我们对不可抗力事件不承担责任，包括自然灾害、政治动荡或大流行病
- 本条款不影响您根据《1993 年消费者保障法》依法享有且不可排除的权利。
- KIWI Serenity Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services
- We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- We are not liable for force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have
under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded
8. 知识产权 | Intellectual Property
KIWI Serenity Limited提供的所有内容、商标、徽标和材料均为我们的知识产权，未经我们事先书面同意不得使用。
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by KIWI Serenity Limited are our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
11. 修改 | Amendments
