Treatment fees are paid directly to the partner clinic/hospital, usually in Chinese Yuan (CNY). We assist with payment guidance (international wire transfer, Alipay/WeChat Pay that can accept foreign cards). Coordination service fee is billed separately by us. We never handle your medical funds.
Most international patients require an S visa (medical visa). We provide a formal medical invitation letter to support your application. Processing typically takes 2–4 weeks. Always check with your local Chinese embassy for latest requirements.
It depends on your policy. Some international health plans cover overseas dental and TCM treatments. We strongly recommend you verify with your insurer before traveling. We do not provide insurance.
Yes. We are a registered New Zealand company (NZBN 9429053367846). You can verify us on the New Zealand Companies Office. We accept bank transfer or online payment with invoice. We do not require full upfront payment; a deposit secures your coordination.
Yes. All our partner institutions are fully licensed by Chinese health authorities. Dentists and TCM practitioners hold valid practicing licenses. We only work with clinics that meet international sterility standards.
Yes. All our coordination packages include a bilingual escort (English/Chinese) for medical appointments. We also provide translated medical records and treatment plans.
We facilitate remote follow-up consultations with your Chengdu doctor via video call. We also help coordinate with your local dentist if needed.
Yes. Our partner TCM practitioners are licensed and experienced with international patients. Therapies are explained in advance, and intensity is adjusted to your comfort level. Always disclose your full medical history.
